Is PositionWorks an established agency?
PositionWorks was founded in 2026 by a Google Ads specialist with 12+ years of experience. While the brand is new, the expertise and the results behind it are not.
Do I own my Google Ads account?
Yes, always. You own your account, your data and your campaigns. You keep full access at all times.
Can you help if my tracking is broken?
Absolutely. Fixing tracking is one of the first things I do on any account. Without proper tracking, every other decision is a guess.
Can I see proof of your work?
Yes. I share anonymised performance data from a current live account showing real conversion growth and cost reductions.
Are there long term contracts?
No. All plans are rolling monthly. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
What happens after I request the free audit?
You’ll get a short discovery call, followed by a personalised audit or launch plan within 24 hours. No obligation to continue.
How long until I see results?
Most accounts see meaningful improvements within the first 30 to 60 days. Significant scaling typically follows after the foundations are fixed.
Is ad spend included in your fees?
No. The management fee is for my time and expertise. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from your card.
What budget do I need to start?
There’s no fixed minimum but most clients start at £1,000+/month in ad spend. I’ll advise based on your goals and market.
How much does Google Ads management cost with PositionWorks?
Three plans: Core at £295/month for new accounts, Performance at £595/month for accounts that need rescuing (most popular), and Growth at £895/month for scaling accounts. All plans include account management, ad creation, weekly optimisation, and monthly reporting. There’s also a one off Get Started at £695 and a free written audit at zero cost.

Who runs PositionWorks?
PositionWorks is just me, Simon, a Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certified specialist with over 12 years of paid search experience. Every account is managed directly by Simon. There are no junior account managers, no agency layers.

Where is PositionWorks based?

Do you actually do the work yourself or is it outsourced?
All Google Ads work is done by the founder, Simon Smith, in-house in the UK. No offshore teams, no junior account managers learning on your account, no white labelling. You speak directly with the specialist running your campaigns every time.
I’m currently with another agency. How does a takeover work?
I handle the transition end to end. Once you give 30 days notice to your current agency I pick up access to your existing Google Ads, GA4 and tracking. I never wipe your account or campaigns without your sign-off. The first month is usually audit and stabilise rather than rebuild, so you don’t lose performance during the swap.
Do you build landing pages too, or just run the ads?
Both. Landing page quality is usually the single biggest lever in Google Ads performance, so I’ll audit yours as part of the free audit. If you need new pages, I either build them with you or work alongside your existing web team. Either way, you own the pages.
What reporting do I get, and how often?
A clean monthly report showing spend, conversions, cost per conversion, ROAS where applicable, and a plain-English summary of what I changed and what’s next. Plus a live Looker Studio dashboard you can check any time. You can also book a 30-minute review call any month — at no extra cost.
What if my results don’t improve in the first 90 days?
