90 Day Promise: if there is no measurable improvement against the agreed KPI within 90 days, you can leave with no further notice and I waive the management fee for the month following. The setup fee waiver also remains in place when you invoke the Promise.
Disputes: if you ever have an issue, email [email protected] first and give us 14 days to resolve before any chargeback or payment reversal. This is a contractual requirement.
