If I have not delivered measurable improvement against your account’s starting figures within the first 90 days, I keep managing it at no management fee for up to a further 90 days until the improvement comes through. Ad spend is paid by you to Google and is not covered. You can leave at any time after the initial term, but that is just how I work and sits separately from this promise. What’s included in the monthly management fee?

Account management, weekly optimisation, search term review, negative keyword maintenance, bid management, ad copy testing, conversion tracking maintenance, monthly written reporting, a live shared Looker Studio dashboard, and direct WhatsApp or email access to Simon. Everything to do with running your Google Ads account.

Why is there a setup fee, and how does the waiver work?

The setup fee is £695 and covers the full account audit, conversion tracking installation, GA4 setup, call tracking installation, campaign restructure and the first round of optimisation. I waive this fee when you commit to the 3 month initial term. The fee only becomes payable if you terminate before the end of the initial term.

Why a 3 month initial term?

Google Ads needs time to learn, gather conversion data, and stabilise. Three months is the minimum window where the work I do can show measurable results. After the initial term, you can leave with 30 days notice anytime. The term also matches the 90 Day Improvement Promise.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. Your Google Ads spend goes directly to Google from your own card or billing account. I never touch it. The management fee is purely for my time managing your campaigns.

How much should I budget for ad spend?

It depends on your industry, geography and goals. UK service businesses typically need £500 to £5,000 per month in ad spend to see meaningful results. I will agree the right starting budget during your free audit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with 30 days written notice after the 3 month initial term. There are no exit fees, no penalties, and you keep full ownership of your Google Ads account, conversion data, and remarketing audiences.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The monthly management fee is the only fee. No retainer top ups, no per click charges from PositionWorks, no admin fees, no reporting fees.

Do you charge VAT?

I am not VAT registered at this time. All prices shown are the final amount payable.

How do I pay?

Payment is by card, Direct Debit or bank transfer, as agreed at signup, on a monthly subscription. Once you sign up via the Get Started form, you complete the payment setup through Stripe in a single step.

What is the 90 Day Improvement Promise?

It covers my management fee only. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and is never refundable. Full details are in the Promise terms.

Do you offer custom plans for larger accounts?

Yes. For accounts with multiple locations, multiple brands, international targeting, or spend over £15,000 per month, contact me at [email protected].

What if I am not running ads yet?

Core is built for you. The plan includes full account setup from scratch and the setup fee is waived for 3 month starts.
